The district is to be transformed from a previously industrial area into housing and office areas. The stringent structure is used to create a number of experience-oriented urban spaces connected by a uniform floor. A total of seven different urban spaces are created: the wood, the art axis, the hilly landscape, the waterfall, the moon reflection, the bamboo wood and the cloud space.
Each character is cultivated in the individual space and the paving is varied within the module so that it emphasises the character, for example a black compact floor is used to reflect the moon. The character of the space is used as a basis for the functions of the buildings, and their floor plan and the streets are transformed into shared spaces as well as pedestrian streets.
