Amenity is a concept that rarely gets explained. The possible reasons that the concept just used to that kind of “residue” that remains when you’ve discussed everything that can be measured, weighed and put into monetary value. One possible explanation is this: the glory of the value of a good is the pleasure, which allows goods to achieve without additional counterclaims.
